BRAIN AWARENESS WEEK ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS AND CHILDREN
Following the Brain Awareness Week (March 2020) which offers brain resources for fun learning and cognitive challenging, here are some suggestion for fun and educational brain activities for both adults and children
Family watch
Kids and parents alike will enjoy BrainWorks, an entertaining and informative show about the brain, created by host Dr. Eric Chudler.
The first episode, "Exercise and the Brain," won a 2017 Northwest Emmy in the Health/Science category from the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. "Brain-Computer Interface" (2018) and "Sleep and the Brain" (2019) were both nominated for Northwest Emmys in Health/Science.
